Development of three new detached homes ranging in size from 3,188ft to 3,294ft each in strong residential location in Blackheath, south east London.

Funding Requirement – The developer required the highest possible level of funding for this project as a result of their own equity being invested in other projects.

Facility Provided – Davon was able to structure a facility of close to £4m to cover 100% of site acquisition and all development and associated costs. The structure provided was effectively a joint venture with all costs provided by the funder and no equity requirement from the developer.

The property was acquired by a newly formed partnership controlled by the funder with a development agreement entered into between that vehicle and the developer.
