Funding raised on a directors principle residence for use in their development project of six apartments and a restaurant in Camden
Funding Requirement – Davon had been involved with the funding of the development site in Camden from the outset and had structured asset finance for the site acquisition.
Once VP was achieved and all consents in place, development commenced on the scheme and to assist with the funding of the scheme, the borrower wished to raise a facility on a bridge basis using the security of his principle residence.
Facility Provided – A regulated bridge facility of £685,000 was arranged for a term that suited the client’s and project timetable and allowed flexibility of repayment
