Mezzanine

Mezzanine finance provides a facility to reduce the level of equity required in a scheme.  Typically, a mezzanine facility can reduce the borrower’s equity by up to 25% of costs.

A typical mezzanine facility structured by Davon will, in conjunction with a senior debt facility from one of our preferred lenders, provide circa 90-95% of total costs so long as the combined lending does not exceed circa 70-75% of LTV (loan to value).

Davon can not only provide advice on the most suitable mezzanine options but can also lend directly though their associated lending vehicles Davon investments Ltd and Strata Residential Finance plc which provide mezzanine facilities £50,000 to £2,500,000.
